Refund Policy

At Westover, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative services tailored to your brand and business goals. Due to the customized and digital nature of our work, refunds are limited and subject to the following terms:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are considered only if the project has not begun or if Westover is unable to fulfill the scope of services as agreed in the project contract.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Deposits, discovery/consultation fees, and any work already completed are non-refundable.

  • How to Request a Refund: Submit your request in writing to support@westover.co within 7 days of the project kickoff or payment date. Each case is reviewed individually, and partial refunds may be issued at Westover's discretion.

Return Policy

As a provider of digital creative services, we do not offer returns. All deliverables — including design files, strategy decks, branding kits, and web assets — are custom-made and delivered digitally. Once work has been delivered, it is deemed accepted unless otherwise specified in writing.

We strive to ensure client satisfaction and offer revision opportunities to address concerns (see Revision Policy below).

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while respecting the time and resources invested.

  • Before Work Begins: You may cancel with written notice before any work has commenced. A refund may be issued, minus any non-refundable deposit or administrative fees.

  • After Work Has Started: If work has started, you will be billed for all completed phases. No refunds will be issued for work delivered or time already spent.

  • How to Cancel: Email support@westover.co with your project reference and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to take effect.

Client Agreement Clause

All clients are required to sign a service agreement before project initiation. This agreement outlines:

  • Scope of work and deliverables

  • Timeline and milestones

  • Payment structure

  • Intellectual property and usage rights

  • Communication expectations

  • Termination rights

By signing this agreement and submitting payment, the client agrees to these Fulfillment Policies.

Revision Policy

We offer a structured revision process to ensure your satisfaction:

  • Included Revisions: Most service packages include 1–2 rounds of revisions at no additional charge, as outlined in your agreement.

  • Additional Revisions: Requests beyond the included rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate or per deliverable, as agreed.

  • Timeline for Revisions: Clients must submit feedback within 5 business days of receiving deliverables to stay within the project timeline. Delays may impact deadlines or incur additional fees.

Revisions must remain within the original scope of work. Major scope changes will require a new estimate.
